Vigilance Probe Triggers Lookout Notice for YSRCP’s Kodali Nani
A significant development has emerged in the politics of Andhra Pradesh. Lookout notices have been issued against former minister and senior YSR Congress Party leader Kodali Nani. These notices were reportedly issued by Krishna district Superintendent of Police Gangadhar.

The action follows an ongoing vigilance inquiry into allegations of irregularities involving Kodali Nani. In this context, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) lodged a complaint urging authorities to monitor his movements. According to reports, the complaint was based on suspicions that Kodali Nani was attempting to leave for the United States citing health reasons, even as the inquiry was still underway.

TDP State Executive Secretary Kanaparthi Srinivasa Rao filed the complaint with the Director General of Police, requesting that Kodali Nani be prevented from travelling abroad. The complaint also demanded the immediate seizure of his passport.

Taking the TDP’s complaint into consideration, senior officials directed Krishna district SP Gangadhar to issue lookout notices. As per these notices, authorities at airports, seaports, and border checkpoints have been instructed to remain alert and take steps to prevent Kodali Nani from leaving the country. Continuous surveillance will also be maintained on his movements.
