Airtel Offers IPTV and 260 TV Channels in New ₹399 Broadband Plan
Telecom major Airtel has announced a revision to its Black Plan, bringing a new offer that includes IPTV services, broadband, and unlimited landline calls for a starting price of ₹399 (excluding GST). Previously, Airtel’s IPTV service was available only from ₹699 onwards.
Starting from ₹399, the revised entry-level Black Plan now includes IPTV access, broadband at a speed of 10 Mbps, and unlimited calls via landline. The Fair Usage Policy (FUP) allows up to 3,300 GB of data per month, after which the internet speed is reduced to 1 Mbps. Users under this plan will also receive 260 television channels at no additional cost. However, the plan does not include any OTT (over-the-top) benefits.
This revision comes after Airtel began offering IPTV services across 2,000 cities in India from March this year. The new ₹399 plan targets users who prefer basic broadband and IPTV services without the need for OTT subscriptions or higher internet speeds.
Customers seeking higher broadband speeds and additional OTT content options can choose from other available plans priced at ₹699, ₹899, ₹1,199, and ₹1,599.
