Ground breaking ceremony for AP Capital city on June 8

Hyderabad, April 5, 2015: Foundation stone for the construction of the Andhra Pradesh Capital city will be laid on June 8 when the TDP Government completes one year in office. Before June 8, the final plans and designs of the Capital city will be ready with the Singapore Government and its experts working vigorously on it. Chief Minister Chandrababu last week visited Singapore and held discussions with the experts of the Government there on the designs of the capital city. The government has so far pooled 33000 acres for the construction of the first phase of the capital city that includes all key offices including the quarters of the government employees. Assembly, Secretariat, High Court and Raj Bhavan apart from several other important office complexes will be completed in the first phase.
