In remembrance of Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away a year ago, Sanjiv Mehta, the CEO of the East India Company based in the UK, has revealed a remarkable Crown Coin. This special 'The Crown' coin is adorned with 6,426 diamonds and 11 gold coins made of pure 24-carat gold, all sourced responsibly. It has been valued at around Rs 191 crores. Queen Elizabeth II, who served as Britain's longest-reigning monarch and lived to be 96, passed away on September 8. The creation of this coin brought together talented craftsmen and experts from India, Singapore, Germany, the UK, and Sri Lanka, showcasing the diversity of the East India Company, a modern luxury brand established in 2010, and the larger Commonwealth. The coin is massive, about the size of a basketball, with a diameter of over 9.6 inches.
