High Court's Chief Justice, Alok Aradhe, revealed plans for introducing paperless courts soon. Additionally, all High Court benches will begin broadcasting hearings live, allowing lawyers to present their arguments online. During the national flag hoisting at the High Court, Justice Aradhe mentioned that efforts are underway to establish new courts across the state, following a legal blueprint. The Chief Justice added that they've proposed to the government to approve the building of 13 district courts in the initial phase. This year, the Lok Adalat resolved over seven lakh cases, with 283 cases settled through mediation. Aradhe is committed to addressing the challenges lawyers face in the current system.
