On the second day of the third phase of his Varahi Yatra in Uttarandhra, Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan received a shock from the local police. He was handed notices for breaking rules and for making comments that could stir up trouble. The police have now put some restrictions on Pawan Kalyan's Varahi Yatra, setting up barriers near Rushi Konda to stop him from proceeding further. But Pawan Kalyan didn't let that stop him. In front of his party followers, he jumped over the barricades and continued on his way. He made it to Rushikonda Beach where he wanted to take a closer look at the structures and conditions there.
