In a recent statement, Telangana's Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) claimed that land in Telangana is far more valuable than its counterpart in Andhra Pradesh. He asserted that one acre of land in Telangana could be equivalent to the cost of 100 acres of land in Andhra Pradesh. Highlighting the escalated real estate prices in areas like Patancheru, located on the outskirts of Hyderabad, KCR stated that an acre in these regions is worth a staggering Rs 30 crore. He attributes this stark difference in land value to the various development programs undertaken by his administration. KCR's comments come in response to recent remarks made by Chandrababu Naidu about land prices in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
