Hyderabad: Sunitha, the daughter of Viveka, has lodged a petition in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, challenging the Telangana High Court's decision to grant anticipatory bail to MP YS Avinash Reddy in the murder case of former minister Viveka. Sunitha's petition aims to revoke Avinash Reddy's bail, citing his alleged crucial involvement in the case, as claimed by the CBI. Expressing her opinion, Sunitha highlighted that all the charge sheets and affidavits submitted by the CBI against Avinash Reddy are of a serious nature, but the Telangana court has allegedly overlooked them. Given that the Supreme Court had previously directed for the investigation to be concluded by June 30, the cancellation of Avinash Reddy's anticipatory bail is being sought to ensure a smooth trial process. Sunitha's legal representatives are scheduled to present the case before the bench on Wednesday, aiming to bring attention to the urgency of the matter.
