Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has visited Karnataka for two days to hold public meetings and a road show in the poll-bound state, according to reports. During his visit, PM Modi will address three public meetings, marking his ninth trip to Karnataka this year ahead of Assembly elections on May 10. Addressing a public meeting in Kudachi on Saturday, PM Modi criticized the previous Congress government for depriving Dalits, Adivasis, and backward classes of their rights. He also spoke about corruption affecting the delivery of subsidised ration. PM Modi highlighted the BJP's dedicated team for the development of Karnataka and pledged to work towards the state's progress during the upcoming Amrit Kaal. PM Modi expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to visit Kudachi and emphasized the importance of Karnataka for him. He urged the public to vote on May 10 for the return of a double-engine government and to make Karnataka the number one state in the country.
