In an attempt to enter the Guinness World Records, a team from The Awadhpuri SaiBaba Temple in Bhopal has created a massive 3,700-kg khichdi. The team worked tirelessly for six hours to prepare the dish, which was made using 400 kg of vegetables, 350 kg of rice, and 60 kg of pulses. After the khichdi was made, it was distributed to 15,000 devotees who had gathered at the temple. The entire process, from manufacturing to distribution, was recorded and will be sent to the Guinness World Record team for verification, according to the organizers. They added that the preparation of the prasadam cost around Rs 5 lakh and the quality of the dish was checked by a team of experts. The temple team hopes that their creation will earn them a place in the Guinness World Records.
