Tenali Sandeep, who resides in Alapadu in Chunduru Mandal of Bapatla district, has constructed the temple as a tribute to the actress whom he greatly admires. Samantha, who is known for her acting prowess, has also been involved in various philanthropic activities, particularly through the Pratyusha Foundation, which provides assistance for children undergoing heart surgeries. Sandeep was particularly inspired by her efforts in this regard and decided to build the temple as a symbol of his appreciation. The temple is located within the premises of Sandeep's house, and he has personally crafted the idol for the shrine. The construction work for the temple is nearing completion, with the final touches being given to the structure and the idol. Sandeep has announced that the temple will be inaugurated on the 28th of this month, a day of actress birthday.
