Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy held an emergency meeting with key leaders amid the ongoing investigation into the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy. The Chief Minister's scheduled tour in Singanamala, Anantapur district was canceled. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has accelerated its investigation into the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case, resulting in the arrest of YS Avinash Reddy's father, Bhaskar Reddy, and naming Avinash Reddy as an accused. There are speculations that Avinash Reddy's arrest may be imminent.
