The CBI investigation into the murder case of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy has seen several arrests within a few days, including YS Bhaskar Reddy. Viveka's son-in-law had prior knowledge of the murder but did not inform the police, and is now being interrogated by the CBI for concealing the information. Avinash Reddy, YSRCP MP and Bhaskar Reddy's son, expressed his displeasure with the CBI's handling of the case, stating that they were ignoring key points and not responding to issues raised by them. He called for a fair investigation based on facts and justice to be served in the Viveka murder case.
