A sneak peek of the song "Mallika Mallika" from the much-awaited movie "Shaakuntalam" has been released. The lead role is played by Samantha. Sung by Ramya Behara, the song's music has been composed by Mani Sharma, and the lyrics are written by Prashant Ingole. The talented Gunasekhar has directed this movie. Shaakuntalam Movie, written and directed by Gunasekhar, presented by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations in collaboration with Gunaa Teamworks, and produced by Neelima Guna, is also available in 3D. The movie, based on the internationally acclaimed Sanskrit play "Abhijnana Shakuntalam" by Kalidasa, will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. The story of Shaakuntalam revolves around the epic love story of Shakuntala and King Dushyant from the Mahabharata, portrayed by Samantha and Dev Mohan.
