Hyderabad: Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy, who is facing charges in the murder case of YCP leader Vivekananda Reddy, recently made an appearance in the Telangana High Court. As per sources, Avinash Reddy had filed two petitions to request that the CBI not take any extreme measures during the investigation. However, the court dismissed Avinash Reddy's petitions, stating that the CBI cannot order without an arrest. The court also issued instructions to record the trial proceedings with audio and video. Although Avinash Reddy's lawyer was allowed to attend the hearing, the court made it clear that the lawyer should not interfere during the trial.
