Tollywood director Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) sparked controversy at the Acharya Nagarjuna University Academy Exhibition in Guntur where he attended as a chief guest. During his speech, RGV advised students to work smart rather than work hard and to enjoy life by eating, drinking, and having s*x as they please. He mentioned that many people believe that Rambha and Urvashi will be available after death, but what if that's not the case? Therefore, RGV urged students to start enjoying life without delay. RGV also shared a dream where he was the only surviving man in society after a virus outbreak and was free to enjoy with women. He further expressed that he would not give up his comforts and believes that Rambha, Urvashi, and Menaka exist somewhere. He criticized elders who impose restrictions and advise against doing things that make one feel comfortable. RGV's statements caused controversy and drew criticism from many quarters.
