Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, an IndiGo Airline flight made an emergency landing at Karachi airport in Pakistan on Tuesday after a Nigerian passenger on board fell ill and subsequently died, according to a statement from the airline. The passenger had reportedly felt unwell mid-flight while en route to Dubai from Delhi. The captain of the flight immediately contacted the Karachi Air Traffic Control to request permission for an emergency landing due to a medical emergency. Upon arrival, the passenger was declared dead by the airport medical team. A spokesperson from the Civil Aviation Authority in Karachi confirmed the incident.
