Y Satish Reddy, the chairman of TSREDCO, filed a case with the Vanasthalipuram police against BJP State president Bandi Sanjay on Saturday for making derogatory comments about BRS MLC K Kavitha. Reddy demanded the immediate arrest of Sanjay. In a statement, Satish Reddy condemned Sanjay's remarks and accused him of insulting women. He pointed out that using the International Women's Day celebration event as a platform to insult Kavitha was particularly disgraceful. Reddy called for Sanjay to be punished for his lack of respect towards women. He contrasted Sanjay's behavior with that of BJP leaders involved in the purchase of BRS MLAs, who were evading investigation. Kavitha, in contrast, was facing trial without running away. Satish Reddy emphasized that Kavitha had done nothing wrong and would emerge from the situation unscathed.
