Today, K Kavitha, a prominent leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), criticized the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and questioned the urgency behind their decision to interrogate her in relation to the Delhi liquor policy case. In an address today, Kavitha urged the Congress to work alongside regional powers as a "team player" if they hope to defeat the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). As a member of Telangana's legislative council and the daughter of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Kavitha plans to attend a large protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar tomorrow, which will include representatives from 18 parties. The protest is aimed at pressuring Parliament to introduce the Women's Reservation Bill. Meanwhile, Minister KTR also criticized the BJP-led NDA government, accusing them of controlling the ED and CBI as puppets of the government.
