The untimely demise of popular Telugu actor Nandamuri Tarakaratna has left his fans, TDP cadres, and the Nandamuri family in deep grief. After battling for 23 days, Tarakaratna passed away, and his mortal remains were brought to Hyderabad yesterday. Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu and YSRCP MP Vijaysai Reddy paid their last respects to the late actor at his residence in Hyderabad. In a heartwarming gesture, the two political rivals sat together on the same sofa and talked, which has become a viral sensation on social media. However, this act of unity drew criticism from some quarters as it was seen as unusual for leaders belonging to opposite parties who often criticize each other politically.
