Allu Arha, daughter of Allu Arjun, will make her acting debut in Samantha's Shaakuntalam this year. The movie will have a major release in February. Arha did the dubbing for her parts in the movie before it was released. Allu Arjun shared a photo of his daughter from the filming location on his Instagram stories. For those who are unaware, Gunashekar's historical drama stars Allu Arha as Prince Bharata. The key actors of Gunashekar's film Shaakuntalam are Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Dev Mohan. The movie is based on Shakuntala by Kalidasa. King Dushyanta, played by Dev Mohan, will be seen alongside Samantha in the title role. Prince Bharata will be portrayed by Allu Arha. Shaakuntalam, a Neelima Guna production, will debut in theatres on February 17, 2023. Mani Sharma composed the soundtrack for the movie.
