Gurgaon: A video of a man hitting a woman with a helmet on her head on the road after she refused a ride on his bike. The shocking incident took place in Madanpuri of Gurgaon on Thursday. The incident was recorded on CCTV cameras installed on the street. According to the reports, the victim was identified as a resident of the Madanpuri and the incident took place when she was returning from work to her residence. It is said that her neighbour identified as Kamal approached her and asked her to sit on his bike and she refused him. Irked after it, he started abusing her and hit her with the helmet. The victim said that the accused mother also took her mobile and purse when she tried to call the police. After receiving the information, the police arrested the accused.
