Medak: In a horrifying incident, two municipal workers were crushed to death and five injured severely after a speeding car rammed into them. The nerve-wracking incident took place in Medak on Saturday. The incident was recorded on CCTV cameras installed on the street. According to the sources, the deceased were identified as Narsamma and Yadamma and the incident took place when the municipal workers were on their way to attend to their duties. In the footage, a group of municipal workers were seen walking on the roadside to attend to their duties. A speeding car rammed into them and one woman died on the spot, and another died while undergoing treatment at a hospital. Police arrested the car driver and municipal workers staged a protest demanding justice for the deceased families.
