Kalvakuntla Kavitha, a TRS MLC, has answered to the notices that the CBI sent to her about the Delhi liquor scandal. She sent a letter to the CBI regarding this on Saturday. She has requested a copy of the FIR and the complaint to be sent to her in the letter. The said letter was written addressing to CBI officer Alok Kumar in this respect. Before providing her justification, Kavitha has requested two documents from the organization. Kavitha received a notice from the CBI on Friday pursuant to Section 160 of the CrPC. Kavitha stated in the letter that the date of the explanation will only be set after the documents were sent. Kavitha has requested that the FIR and a copy of the complaint be provided as soon as possible. She has also asked for any pertinent add-on copies.
