Odisha: In a shocking incident, a man was tied to a bike with a rope and dragged for two kilometers in public after he failed to return the borrowed money. The incident took place in Cuttack, Odisha. As per the sources, two persons dragged their friend who took Rs 10,000 a few months ago and failed to return the money. The locals tried to prevent them but the persons threatened them with a sharp weapon. The police registered a case and took them into custody after the video went viral on social media.
