At the Penumuru Tahsildar's office in the Chittoor district, a farmer's heart stopped. The farmer lost his life in the government office while battling for justice. Ratnam Boyudu, a farmer, passed out as he was speaking with the staff in the office. Before this tragedy, the farmer voiced his sorrow about being barred from entering the government-granted land. He said that the lease was granted 30 years ago by the then government. Farmer Ratnam Boyu expressed his sorrow over the way that others had encroached on his farm. He has been calling for justice at the Tahsildar's office for a few days.
