It is a good indication that the central government has given Andhra Pradesh's issues its full attention. According to reports, the central government has agreed to form a special committee to address the issues facing the state after Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday (August 23). The committee is reportedly being established, and meetings with higher authorities would take place at the Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi. On Thursday, the Union Finance Ministry will have a significant meeting to go over numerous important AP problems. In attendance on behalf of AP will be the State Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, YSRCP Rajya Sabha Member Vijayasai Reddy, and representatives from the state Finance Department. The meeting will be supervised by the Union Finance Department Secretary Somanathan.
