Botsa Satyanarayana stated that the appointment of ministers is in the hands of CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Botsa Satyanarayana stated in an interview with a Barabar programme that one should not foresee or speculate too much about the potential ministerial position he or she will acquire. In response to a query on whether CM Jagan made the right decision in appointing ministers for a short period of time, say two and a half years, Botsa stated that CM Jagan makes decisions based on his thought process.
