GAD – Ban on CPI (Maoists) and its front Organisations
The State Government has Banned CPI (Maoists) and its front organisations including the Revolutionary Democratic Front (RDF) as unlawful associations for a further period of one year beyond 17.08.2020 and 09.08.2020 respectively.
The State Government has declared the Communist Party of India (Maoist) as an unlawful association for a further period of one year with effect on and from 17th August 2020 vide G.O.Ms.No.104, GAD, 14.08.2020.
The State Government has declared the Radical Youth League (RYL), a front organization of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) as an unlawful association for a further period of one year with effect on and from 17th August 2020 vide G.O.Ms.No.105, GAD, 14.08.2020.
The State Government has declared the Rythu Coolie Sangham (RCS), a front organization of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) as an unlawful association for a further period of one year with effect on and from 17th August 2020 vide G.O.Ms.No.106, GAD, 14.08.2020.
The State Government has declared the Radical Students Union (RSU), a front organization of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) as an unlawful association for a further period of one year with effect on and from 17th August 2020 vide G.O.Ms.No.107, GAD, 14.08.2020.
The State Government has declared the Singareni Karmika Samakhya (SIKASA), a front organization of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) as an unlawful association for a further period of one year with effect on and from 17th August 2020 vide G.O.Ms.No.108, GAD, 14.08.2020.

The State Government has declared the All India Revolutionary Students Federation (AIRSF), a front organization of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) as an unlawful association for a further period of one year with effect on and from 17th August 2020 vide G.O.Ms.No.110, GAD, 14.08.2020 and also declared the Revolutionary Democratic Front (RDF), a front organization of Communist Party of India (Maoist) as an unlawful association for a further period of one year with effect on and from 9th August 2020 vide G.O.Ms.No.111, GAD, 14.08.2020.
