Inorbit Hyderabad reopens registrations for Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run 2022
- This year’s cause led marathon will focus on the skill development and employment for PwD
- Up to 25% off on early bird registrations — pay Rs. 1199 for the 21 km-run, Rs. 999 for 10 km and Rs. 599 for 5 km (excluding taxes)
- February 28, 2022 last date to avail early-bird discount
Runners who register before February 28 for the run can avail an early bird discount of up to 25% on their applications ie., participants can register for the 5 km run for Rs.599, 10 km for Rs.999 and 21 km for Rs.1199, all costs excluding taxes. They can also customize their BIBs with any name of their choice.
Sports Brand PUMA has confirmed its partnership with IDCR ’22 for a second consecutive year and all registered participants will get a goodie bag comprising an assured gift voucher worth Rs. 1000 and a T-shirt worth Rs. 1799 from PUMA.
The 2nd edition of the Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run is being organised on a much larger scale. YouTooCanRun, a professional sports management company that promotes running for good health is managing the race, apparel brand Lifestyle is the prize Partner, Fever FM the radio partner, Ramesh Watch Co., is the timing partner and Hysea is the eco-system partner for the marathon. The run is certified by AIIMS.
The IDCR 2022 will be flagged off from Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad, and follow the trail of the Durgam Cheruvu Bridge over one of Hyderabad’s most beautiful landmarks.
Early last year, the mall had successfully hosted the first edition of Inorbit Durgam Cheruvu Run 2021 powered by PUMA along with YouTooCanRun that saw the participation of over 1200 people including 50 specially-abled runners. A total fund of Rs. 6 lakh was raised to arrange tablets for underprivileged girls. This year, the cause-driven marathon will partner with NGO Nirmaan to provide skill development and employment opportunities to Persons with Disability in the service sector.
Inorbit’s Durgam Cheruvu Run 2022 will be organized with all COVID-19 sports-safety measures in place.
