Telugu ZEE5 Original Series ‘MEMU COP’ULAM’
Telugu ZEE5 has announced its upcoming original series MEMU COP’ULAM, set to stream soon on the platform. The series promises a unique blend of humour and mystery, rooted in a vibrant rural setting where everyday life, local politics, and unexpected chaos collide. The team unveiled the series title through a specially crafted video featuring Getup Srinu and Jaffar, a move that quickly went viral and successfully captured audience attention across platform.
MEMU COP’ULAM is produced by B.V.S. Ravi and Kaumudi K. Nemani under the banner RAW Entertainments, in association with Pradeep Maddali Creative. The series is directed by Pradeep Maddali, best known for his earlier work Vikkatakavi, and story penned by Shoban Chittuprolu.
The show boasts a strong ensemble cast led by Naga Babu Konidela, alongside Getup Srinu and Ravi Teja Nannimala in lead roles, delivering grounded performances complemented by sharp comic timing.
Set in a lively village in the Godavari districts during Sankranti, two police officers get their first big case. They have big confidence but little sense. They follow funny clues, doubt everyone, and create full confusion. A small issue turns into a big, fun, laugh-filled village adventure.
