BRS Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Kavitha has addressed the recent Enforcement Directorate (ED) notices issued to her. During a media interaction in Nizamabad, Kavitha confirmed that she has received these notices and is consulting with legal experts. She believes that these notices are a result of political animosity and stated that, since they originate from a political party, there is no need for an excessive reaction or overthinking. Kavitha noted that with upcoming elections, this issue has resurfaced like a new episode in a TV series. She expressed her view that the matter has been prolonged for a year and shouldn't be taken too seriously. Kavitha emphasized her perspective by referring to these notices as "Modi notices" rather than ED notices. She said her legal team will look after the notice and according to their suggestion, she will move. She also insisted Telangana people not to take it seriously.
