P.V Ramesh, retired IAS officer and former Chief Secretary of the Finance Department in Andhra Pradesh, has voiced concerns over the recent arrest of former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in connection with the Skill Development Case. The legal proceedings were based on Ramesh's testimony.
