Actor and politician Pawan Kalyan took a special convoy to travel to Vijayawada via the road route. Ahead of his arrival, hundreds of police officers were deployed at the Telangana-Andhra Pradesh border to prevent Pawan Kalyan from entering Andhra Pradesh. In the latest update, Pawan Kalyan's vehicles were halted by the police at Jaggayyapeta, leading to chaos and a tense situation as many supporters of his party, Janasena, gathered there. Some Janasena supporters tried to remove barricades, leading to clashes with the Andhra Pradesh police. While Pawan Kalyan's vehicles eventually passed through Jaggayapeta, they were stopped once again at Anumanchipalli. Pawan Kalyan, sitting in his car, observed the confrontation between his supporters and the police. He commented, "It's as if you need a visa and passport to enter Andhra Pradesh," to Nadendla Manohar.
