New Delhi: An array of street food and inventive millet-based recipes will tantalize the palates of world leaders and delegates attending the G20 Leaders Summit on September 9-10. According to a senior official, the weekend's G20 Summit will offer an extensive gastronomic experience, showcasing India's diverse culinary heritage. Delegates will savor a culinary journey featuring the flavors of Mughlai cuisine from northern India, traditional South Indian dishes, and the irresistible chaat specialties found throughout the country. This sumptuous culinary extravaganza will span three days, commencing on Friday. While the Nigerian delegation arrived in New Delhi on Tuesday, other leaders are scheduled to begin their arrivals on Thursday evening.
