A man has leveled serious allegations against Vistara airline, claiming that his "visually impaired mother" was left unattended inside an empty flight, accusing the airline of dereliction of duty. Ayush Kejriwal took to Instagram to narrate the incident, asserting that it transpired on August 31 when his mother was traveling on a Vistara flight from Delhi to Kolkata. Expressing his outrage, he directly addressed Vistara Airlines, posting, " @Vistara Airlines, how could you place my visually impaired mother in such a precarious situation?! Aren't you entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers with disabilities during their journeys?! SHOCKING!"
