Thursday marked a special day at Pragati Bhavan as the festival of Raksha Bandhan was celebrated with great enthusiasm. The residence of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was filled with a festive atmosphere as brothers and sisters came together to share love and affection. Chief Minister KCR's younger and elder sisters took part in the festivities, tying colorful rakhis on his wrist and celebrating the Rakhi Purnami festival. The Chief Minister's elder sisters, namely Smt Lakshmibai, Jayamma, and Lalithamma, along with his younger sister Smt Vinodamma, tied rakhis on his wrist as a symbol of their bond. They also sought blessings from the Chief Minister. Present to witness this heartwarming celebration were CM KCR's wife, Smt Shobhamma, and other family members.
