She asks Nawaz, who acts as an insurance expert named Tahoor Khan, for help about a billionaire. This rich man might soon be called dead. The movie's name comes from a rule in the Indian law. As per Section 108 of The Indian Evidence Act from 1872, if no one hears from a man for seven years, others have to prove he's still alive if they say he is.
