Tirumala: Forest officials have managed to capture yet another leopard using a cage set up along the Alipiri footpath's seventh mile. This marks the fourth leopard to be successfully trapped in this manner. Previously, three leopards had been captured using the same technique, with the first leopard being trapped followed by two more. The success of the cage method underscores its effectiveness in mitigating human-wildlife conflict in the area. Forest officials had been working diligently for a week to ensnare the fourth leopard, leveraging the assistance of CCTV cameras that had been strategically installed.
