Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), and Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan appear to have mended their strained relationship. This comes after a 20-minute meeting between the two on Thursday, where issues like pending bills and the appointment of two nominated MLCs were discussed. On Friday, the Governor visited the new Telangana Secretariat for the first time, marking her presence at the inauguration of a temple, church, and mosque within the Secretariat grounds. This visit gains significance as Governor Soundararajan had earlier expressed her displeasure for not being invited to the Secretariat's inauguration ceremony in April, led by KCR. The Chief Minister took the opportunity to give the Governor a tour of the Secretariat in a buggy. This gesture further suggests that the two leaders are on a path to forging a cooperative working relationship.
