On Wednesday, the Supreme Court put a pause on the duties of Judge Jayakumar from Nampally. Why? He had recently told the police to take action against a Minister and 10 other top officers. They were accused of messing with an official paper linked to the Minister. In 2018, Minister Srinivas Goud gave an official paper (affidavit) when he wanted to run in the elections. But later, there were claims that he secretly changed this paper with the help of election officers. This could be seen as breaking the rules.
