"P Veeramuthuvel, the Project Director of the Chandrayaan 3 mission, got teary-eyed after the mission was a success. He spoke to the team and everyone involved and said he was very happy. He said that being the director of this mission and seeing it succeed made him very proud. He told everyone that everything went perfectly from the start to the finish of the mission. India is now the fourth country to land gently on the moon. On an emotional note, P Veeramuthuvel also said that India is the first country to get close to the bottom part of the moon, called the south pole."
