The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) gave people a special view of the moon. On August 18, ISRO shared some beautiful pictures taken by special cameras on the moon. The pictures were taken on August 15 and August 17. That's not all; there's some exciting news about Chandrayaan-3's Vikram lander too. It did a special maneuver called a deboosting maneuver, where it moved to a lower orbit around the moon. This happened on Friday, after it got separated from another part called the propulsion module on Thursday. The deboosting was done at about 4:00 pm Indian time. ISRO said that everything with the Lander Module (LM) is normal. The deboosting made its orbit change to 113 km x 157 km. There will be another deboosting on August 20, 2023, at around 2:00 am Indian time, according to ISRO's tweet.
