Tirumala: The movement of leopards has sparked fear among devotees visiting Tirumala for the darshan of Lord Venkateswara Swamy. Over the past few days, both devotees and TTD staff have been on high alert due to instances of leopards attacking people walking on the footpath. On Wednesday, yet another leopard was successfully captured in a cage placed by TTD officials and Tirupati Forest authorities near the footpath. This marks the third capture in just three days, as cages had already been installed in multiple locations, with the latest one proving effective on Wednesday. In total, authorities have managed to capture three leopards within 50 days. Additionally, three cages have been strategically placed near Mokali Mitta, Lakshminarasimha Swamy temple, and the 35th turn to address the situation.
