A big sand and dust storm has caused a lot of trouble in Gansu province in northwest China. The storm made it so hard to see that visibility on the roads was less than 10 meters. Because of this, traffic got messed up, and officials had to issue a blue alert in Gansu, Dunhuang, and Yumen cities. This alert is a warning for sandstorms and strong winds. People driving cars in these cities have been told to be careful. In Jiuquan city, the local traffic police are watching the cars on the main roads and fast roads to make sure everyone is safe.
