He highlighted the allocation of underutilized lands to tribal communities and the subsequent waiver of related legal disputes. In the realm of social welfare, KCR detailed the implementation of the Gruhalakshmi Scheme, which empowers land-owning underprivileged individuals. Notably, he announced a 5 percent reservation under the scheme for the differently-abled population, emphasizing inclusivity in the state's progress. The Chief Minister acknowledged
