The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) announced a significant milestone in its Chandrayaan-3 mission to the Moon. The spacecraft is now in the fourth orbit and only 177 km away from the lunar surface. ISRO stated that Chandrayaan-3 has completed the orbit circulation phase, and the next operation is planned for August 16. The spacecraft is made up of three main parts: a propulsion module weighing 2,148 kg, a lander weighing 1,723.89 kg, and a 26 kg rover. The mission's ultimate goal is drawing near, with plans for the lander to separate from the propulsion module. It is then expected to make a soft-landing near the Moon's South Pole on August 23 at 5.47 p.m.
