Amalapuram: CM Jagan declared the implementation of a zero-interest scheme aimed at empowering sisters. He highlighted the unique initiative's goal to illuminate every household and bring joy, asserting its exclusivity in the nation. Speaking at an event in Amalapuram, he outlined his comprehensive efforts over four years to safeguard, empower economically, politically, socially, and educationally, demonstrating a pro-women government. CM YS Jagan elaborated on depositing zero-interest sums into savings societies. Notably, the scheme has consistently released zero-interest payments for four years, benefiting 1.05 crore individuals with bank loans. A staggering 9,48,122 savings societies, encompassing 1,05,13,365 beneficiaries, have received loan interest deposits totalling Rs. 1354 crores.
