Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar voiced his support for Megastar Chiranjeevi's remarks made during the 'Waltair Veerayya's 200 day celebrations. He highlighted that while Chiranjeevi described the film industry as small, like a sparrow, the Megastar's own influence is much larger. Undavalli Arun Kumar recalled Chiranjeevi's impactful speech in the Rajya Sabha during the state's division, noting the challenges of speaking against the government as a Union Minister. He mentioned Minister Arun Jaitley's opposition to Chiranjeevi's views at the time. Furthermore, Undavalli Arun Kumar credited Chiranjeevi's Rajya Sabha speech as a pivotal reason for Hyderabad becoming the common capital. Concluding his statement during a press meet in Rajahmundry, Undavalli Arun Kumar affirmed there's no harm in Chiranjeevi advising ministers on issues like the special status and others for the state.
