Bhumana Karunakar Reddy has been chosen again to be the chairman of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD). This decision was made by the government. The news was announced by Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. He announced that Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, a senior leader of his party and a representative of Tirupati, will be the new chairman of TTD. This change was needed because the term of the current chairman, YV Subbareddy, is ending soon. This will be the second time that Bhumana Karunakar Reddy has been chosen to be the TTD Chairman. He was the TTD Chairman once before when the late Chief Minister Dr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy was in office.
